I recently stayed at Green Hill Resort and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The service was terrible, the staff were rude and unhelpful, and basic amenities like Wi-Fi and TV were not functioning properly. The rooms were also poorly cleaned. Overall, my stay was very frustrating, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We booked offline.not from oyo or other platforms.

Their hotel member stand outside of Matheran entrance and when you enter the Matheran he was walking with you and give you big thing big promises and say wrong things about other hotels but in the end we experience worst stay in the hotel not that much good food or not worth to stay here.

The Entire property is spacious and well maintained and food is good.
Road to the resort is bad at some parts
Rooms are not that great.
Alcohol is allowed

Pool was not cleaned - sand and small stones could be felt

No lifeguards - nor that I seen

Food was ok - salty - chicken manchurian and dal

No coffee was served as we were told they will serve the same and tea refill took time

Mismanagement - when you know you have 200+ pax booking at your resort why not keep everything ready, so there is no running about at the end moment

Kids pool too was not clean

Not many slides

Road condition to the resort is horrible

**Washrooms by the pool are not maintained nor water was available - no one was there to clean, it’s just left as it is**

Very big resort but very low in service. Room are average..lots of moscito in AC room.. Toilet is not in good condition. It's OK to go with family for day picnic don't try to stay at night with family in this resort.. Night they have no rules for playing music n make noise. People are boosed out any place with smoking.this resort is not for Family sure.. Very bad location it's middle in industrial Area..its good for day picnic only..

Rooms are good. Food timings are a little awry as the serve breakfast from 9.30 am onwards and dinner at 10 pm onwards which is pretty late. For families this place would work on a dry day as otherwise there are big groups with a set agenda. Plus points are 2 swimming pools with slides, a waterfall setup and rain dance. Food quality is very good, homely. Mr Dias is very helpful. Overall a 4 out of 5
