It is a very beautiful and nice project of Ultra Umele Naigaon. Ekta madam and Shivani madam attended us respectfully, showed the project on the site and told us about the amenities of the flat. We immediately booked the flat by paying the token. Thank you Ekta and Shivani madam, this is a project that anyone would like. Construction work is A One.

Good customer experience with the sales office staff being polite and patient. Shivani is the right person to meet as she is excellent in communication and has a listening ear too. Thanks to the builders of Altura Umele for considering our requirements, we got exactly what we were looking for within our budget after a long search in Vasai. Spacious budget friendly homes with great amenities. Truly a promising project. Hoping for the best. Can't wait to see the houses turn into homes. 😊

One of the best project & highest tower in the vicinity. All the best amenities are given on the top floor so that experience will be better and different, view of nature and greenary.Floor to ceiling height is also Good. Flats are spacious with luxurious fittings and modular. Very nice experience.
